The Venture Building Vertical identifies, analyses and evaluates digital trends and strategic topics in the retail and food service field.
The most promising topics are subsequently piloted. A pilot can be implemented by the Venture Building team itself, by one of the other verticals or by one of Valora’s business units – depending on the skills and resources required. The topics analysed include Quick Commerce, Robo-Restaurants, Virtual Brands, Smart Vending Machines and Digital Food Formats.
