Processes are increasingly being improved through automation, retail analytics and efficient workflows. Together with operative units, the Process Improvement Vertical pursues a portfolio of initiatives which aim at the following goals:

• Drive process digitisation and automation: Automate highly repetitive, manual, error-prone processes to free and/or refocus resources
• Propagate data-driven decision making: Leverage advanced analytics and develop new analytical concepts to improve decision making
• Enhance the working environment: Simplify operations, improve user experience and drive operational excellence

To this end, we flexibly work with existing systems, develop own platforms or leverage those of new external suppliers, depending on the respective project.
