With the avec box, we have launched Switzerland's most modern convenience store and in the avec X future store we test new food trends and personalised shopping.
We reward loyalty: with personalised offers in the form of individual coupons and stamp cards or the opportunity to preorder your coffee when on the move. We are also developing our k kiosk and Caffè Spettacolo app on an ongoing basis to meet the needs of our customers even more successfully.
We are expanding our e-commerce and delivery service continuously in order to ensure that our most popular products are available in as many places as possible. With ok.– reload, for example, you can already conveniently order our own-brand ok.– energy drinks and ice teas and have them delivered to your home.
We also utilise new digital opportunities to optimise our existing business processes. To this end, we analyse our processes, identify areas of potential and improve them through the targeted use of tailored digital solutions.
Each and every day, around 15,000 employees in the Valora network work to brighten up their customers' journey with a comprehensive convenience and food offering – nearby, quick, convenient and fresh.
